On Sunday, January 11, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, the JMU‑Visitors wireless network experienced connectivity issues that may have prevented some guests from logging in. New guest account creations were also impacted during this time. The underlying issue has been resolved, and the JMU‑Visitors network is now fully operational.
