JMU IT is transitioning our Identity and Access Management platform to Okta. As a result, all JMU systems may experience intermittent downtime or unavailability.

Starting Friday, March 14th at 5pm, password changes will not be available until Okta is live. On Saturday, March 15th All JMU systems will be unavailable from 1pm until 5pm.

While many JMU systems may be available by Sunday, March 15th, we ask that you limit your use due to technical testing and the lack of Help Desk support.
