Identified - Due to the changes caused by the Okta Go-live transition, upon logging into your Okta Dashboard or using the Okta service for the first time you will be signed out of any actively signed-in Office 365 applications. This may include Office 365 Suite, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and others on both your desktop and mobile devices.
Once logged out, you will be able to sign back in using your JMU email address and current eID password (as your password has not changed) without issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
