Resolved - At this time, access to JMU-hosted Applications has been resolved. Note that if you had manually turned off Netskope in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue, you will need to manually turn back on Netskope as it will not automatically turn on. Identified - Comcast will be performing network upgrades in the Harrisonburg area on December 11, 2025, starting at 5:00 AM. Service may be intermittently unavailable throughout the day. Updates will be posted as they become available.

Resolved - On Sunday, January 11, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, the JMU‑Visitors wireless network experienced connectivity issues that may have prevented some guests from logging in. New guest account creations were also impacted during this time. The underlying issue has been resolved, and the JMU‑Visitors network is now fully operational.
