Identified -
We have confirmed that the issue is not a JMU Telephone issue. The Verizon landline network is unable to connect calls to some cell phone network exchanges with calls to AT&T seeming to be the most affected. Calls from Verizon cell phones to other carriers do not seem to be affected. We have reported the problem to Verizon and will provide an update when we have more to report.

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the ability to place off-campus calls via Verizon wired lines. The Telecom team has opened a support ticket with Verizon and is actively working toward resolution. We will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
