On Wednesday, April 2nd, the JMU IT Knowledgebase (found on the IT Service Portal) will undergo a scheduled upgrade starting at 5:00pm. During this time, you may be unable to access the Knowledgebase, or experience slight connectivity delays as the upgrade completes. This update will NOT affect the IT Service Portal.
